By accessing or using StackMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

StackMatch is a lead generation tool that searches public business listings and websites to surface contact information. Results are based on publicly available data and may not be complete or current.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use StackMatch.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use StackMatch for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes.
• Scrape or extract data from StackMatch itself.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or subscription gating.
• Resell or redistribute StackMatch data without permission.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Accuracy

Lead data is aggregated from public sources. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or currency. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

StackMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on lead data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
